Storywork
Because freedom demands the courage to give and accept love while loving demands the courage to heal…
Storywork as a methodology cultivates awareness and, in turn, reveals a roadmap to possibility. Whether our goal is healing trauma, understanding pain, addressing imbalance, or affirming integration and wholeness, the starting point is the same. Awareness of the story of where we are and how it has been shaped by the stories of where we have been. Although transparent conversation is foundational in this process, somatic exercises, energy work, bodywork, creative arts therapy, and ritual are among the practices we may use on our journey of writing our stories by living them consciously, deliberately, and with joy as our birthright.

How We Work
Initial session
Our initial session is devoted to taking a thorough inventory of your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual being. I will ask a lot of questions—What are you looking to make more possible in your life? What are the barriers to realizing these possibilities? What is your relationship with grief? Are you experiencing digestive issues?—as we begin to understand the stories, patterns, and conditions shaping the terrain from which we are starting.
This gives me a fuller sense of the environment we are entering together and what tools and practices (dietary and lifestyle suggestions, bodywork, creative projects, somatic exercises, and ritual) may be most useful in helping us navigate that terrain and access the medicine held within it. This is also where I assess whether any aspect of what you are experiencing falls beyond my scope of practice and, when appropriate, offer suggestions and/or referrals to practitioners better suited to meet those needs.
Follow-up sessions
Follow-up sessions combine life story and narrative exploration through conversation and practice.
Because everyone’s roadmap to transformation is unique, our sessions and practices are shaped by the particular topography of your being. Sessions are 90 minutes.
Our work together is intended to offer insight, inspiration, support, and resources for the work you do in your day-to-day living. Transformation requires praxis. While I am committed to being your thought and movement partner, the greater part of this practice happens beyond our time together—in the choices you make, the relationships you tend, the possibilities you cultivate, and the life you consciously live.
You are your own healer.

Storywork is rooted in the healing power of love and faith. In this spirit, I don't set a fixed price. I invite you to contribute in a way that feels aligned with your capacity, integrity, and the value you feel you’ve received. If financial contribution isn’t accessible at this time, I welcome you to offer a skill or service in exchange—just send me an email, and we can explore possibilities together. While the form of exchange is flexible, the commitment to reciprocity is essential, as it forms the heart of this practice of love and shared energy.
